Case closed?
Case closed, one would think. Anno 2024, however, the whole Epstein affair is making quite a few headlines again. Reason? A lot of names of world-famous people have surfaced in the leaked court documents, including this one of ex-President Donald Trump. The latter is causing renewed attention on social media to very serious allegations against ex-President Donald Trump, which were first made in 2016.
Katie Johnson launched a lawsuit against Trump in 2016, accusing him of very extensive sexual abuse. Johnson was one of the victims of Epstein and Maxwell. She stated that she received money from them to attend their infamous sex parties with them. In addition to this, she also stated that at the age of 13 she was raped by Trump on several occasions in a very aggressive manner. She thus stated that she was once forced along with another underage girl to orally satisfy him. She was also allegedly painfully tied to a bed while he allegedly brutally raped -and deflowered- her while she cried begging him to stop. When she asked him to wear contraception, he allegedly beat her. When he was done, he allegedly told her to just get an abortion if she turned out to be pregnant. However, the case was dropped. Some claim that it was a false complaint with the motive of sabotaging Trump's presidential candidacy, but others (including Johnson's lawyer) argue that the complaint was withdrawn because Johnson and her family received death threats. So in any case, Trump was never effectively convicted of these acts. Legally, therefore, he is innocent to this day.
To be continued...
If the offenses actually took place, they qualify under Belgian law as a whole number of very serious moral offenses; aggravated rape (article 417/11 Criminal Code), sexual exploitation of a minor under 16 for the purpose of prostitution, (article 417/27 Criminal Code) and human trafficking (article 433quinquies Criminal Code). Many more documents would be released in the near future, so to be continued....
